These terms explain how VEIL access, wallet verification, and native SOL payments work. By using the site or purchasing access, you agree to them.

1. What VEIL provides
VEIL provides software for organizing, delivering, and reviewing market signals. Signal data is informational only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No signal, performance figure, or historical result is a promise of future results.
2. Membership access
Access is granted after the payment service verifies a qualifying transaction on Solana. Current windows are 7 days, 30 days, and lifetime access, as shown on the purchase page. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended for abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass the access controls.
3. Wallets and authentication
A wallet signature proves control of a public wallet address. VEIL does not request, collect, or store seed phrases, private keys, or recovery phrases. Signing the authentication message does not authorize a payment or transfer.
4. SOL payments
Payments are made voluntarily in native SOL to the treasury address displayed by the checkout flow. The exact amount and destination must be checked in your wallet before approval. A transaction is not treated as paid until VEIL independently verifies its confirmation, destination, sender, and amount. Network fees and wallet fees are your responsibility.
5. Refunds and mistakes
Because blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, sending SOL to the wrong address, sending the wrong amount, or approving an unrelated transaction may not be recoverable. Contact VEIL promptly with the transaction signature if a verified payment does not unlock access. Do not send private keys or seed phrases when requesting support.
6. Availability and changes
VEIL may update the interface, signal sources, access windows, pricing, or features as the service evolves. We may temporarily limit availability for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
7. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, impersonate VEIL, interfere with the service, reverse engineer security controls, or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity. You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax obligations that apply to you.
8. Contact
For access or payment support, contact the VEIL operator through the official support channel associated with the service. Include your wallet address and transaction signature only when needed; never include a secret phrase or private key.
